    Introduction to Traditional Japanese Culture

    Introduction to life skills training programs, including explanations of benefits, obligations, and conditions for participation.

    Overview of job types and industries that accept foreign technical trainees in Japan.

    Participation of the Management Team

    The management team, recruitment committee, and recruitment staff directly participate in employment seminars to explain training programs to candidates and their families.

    Presentations are made through documents, images, and videos showcasing real working environments in Japan.

    Registration Process Guidance

    Guidance on registering applications and collecting personal information for candidates who wish to work in Japan.

    Preliminary screening methods: Checking candidates' personal information such as age and appearance.

    Confirmation that candidates and their families fully agree to and voluntarily participate in the program.

    Comprehensive Health Check

    General health examinations, including tests for essential items like HBsAg testing, blood tests, color blindness tests, glucose tests, gynecological exams, etc.

    Only candidates who pass the health check are admitted to the school and allowed to study Japanese for interviews.

    Interview Skill Training

    Conducting IQ tests, CQI tests, etc.

    Objective: To help candidates introduce themselves smoothly in Japanese during interviews. This includes orientation, pre-interview Japanese education, and interview manner training. The pre-interview training textbook is Minna no Nihongo.

    Interview and Japanese language training lasts 1 to 3 months. Candidates who achieve proficiency from Lesson 3 to Lesson 5 or higher will be reviewed and assigned suitable job orders by Hoang Ha.

    Support for Candidates Needing Additional Training

    If candidates do not meet requirements such as poor learning ability or non-compliance with rules during the 1- to 3-month pre-interview training period, Hoang Ha will continue to provide support and training until the next interview round, maintaining the company’s reputation.
