Hoang Ha Human Resource Development Joint Stock Company (formerly Hoang Ha Human Resource Joint Stock Company), established in 2015, is licensed by the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids, and Social Affairs to send Vietnamese workers abroad for fixed-term employment.

To connect and increase opportunities for domestic workers to find jobs in Japan through official channels, the company collaborates with local Employment Service Centers to organize collaborators’ conferences and job fairs. These events provide information about the labor export process, the Japanese labor market, and related fees. This enables the collaborators to offer in-depth, clear, and accurate consultations for workers, building trust and ensuring they can confidently choose the labor export market and job orders provided by the company.

Currently, Hoang Ha Company partners with numerous Japanese counterparts to continuously recruit workers for the Technical Intern Training Program and the Specified Skilled Worker Program (Tokutei). These programs cover various fields and industries, including food processing, mechanics, agriculture, construction, fisheries, garment production, electronics, packaging, plastic molding, hospitality, nursing care, and truck driving.

Workers participating in these programs are provided free accommodation, Japanese language and cultural training, and supplementary skills training by Hoang Ha Company. This preparation ensures they are confident and well-integrated when working in Japan.
